I didn’t go to school to learn my health secrets.

You can’t learn what I teach anywhere else.

That is, unless you go through thousands of scientific studies and “add it all up”.

I’ve put together my method after 8 years of being obsessed about reaching peak physical performance.

Growing up, I battled severe chronic illness.

Everyone said, “That’s just life.”

But I refused to accept that.

In my late teens, I thought I had cracked the code with the typical bodybuilder diet—chicken, broccoli, and tons of veggies.

It helped with muscle, but I still felt terrible.
